1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pricedentity (the “Service”), a hosted application that helps teams assess pricing-investment readiness through structured stakeholder surveys. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
To use most features you must register an account with your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@pricedentity.brnz.app if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems; (b) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to submit; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) resell or relicense the Service without our written consent. You are responsible for the content and survey responses collected through your assessments and for having a lawful basis to invite participants.
4. Plans and commercial terms
Pricedentity is offered on a sales-led basis. Plan entitlements, limits, and commercial terms are agreed directly with our team — the Service does not take payment or sell subscriptions in-product. To discuss a plan, contact us through the contact page.
5. Intellectual property and your data
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and assessment methodology. You retain ownership of the case information and survey responses you and your participants submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability, warranties, and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Assessment outputs are decision-support aids, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination the licences granted in these Terms end, subject to any retention required by law.
8. Changes and contact
